USC favored to take 2009 BCS title at BetOnline.com

The No. 2 Tigers beat No. 1 Ohio State Buckeyes 38-24 in the BCS National Title Game.

It was a terrible case of déjà vu for Ohio State, which had lost the National Championship to Tim Tebow and the Florida Gators by a 41-14 the previous season.

Like the Tigers, the Buckeyes are also +1000 to win the title in 2009.

Other tops picks include the Gators at +550. Last season, No. 12 Florida lost 41-35 to the Michigan Wolverines in the Capital One Bowl.

The Georgia Bulldogs are +800 to win the BCS title. The No. 5 Bulldogs, upset at getting passed over for the BCS championship game last season, took out its frustration with a 41-10 win over the previously unbeaten Hawaii Warriors in the Allstate Sugar Bowl.
